These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Amaltas Family Club website and the physical facilities located at DHA Phase 1, Islamabad. By accessing our website, applying for membership, or utilizing our amenities, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Membership Application and Approval
- Submission of a membership application and payment of the non-refundable form fee does not guarantee membership.
- The Administrator DHAI-R and the Club Management Committee (CMC) reserve the right to approve or reject any application without assigning a reason.
- Approved applications are valid for 60 days, after which the applicant must reapply.
2. Membership Rules and Conduct
- Suspension: Membership may be suspended or canceled at the discretion of the Management Committee for misconduct or non-compliance with Club Rules and Bye-Laws.
- Transfers: Membership can only be transferred to a spouse upon the death of a member; if the spouse is not interested, the membership stands canceled.
- Corporate Transfers: Corporate memberships may be transferred to another Director or Senior Executive subject to a transfer fee determined by the CMC.
3. Family and Dependent Policies
- Spouses and unmarried children up to 28 years of age are permitted to use club facilities under the primary member’s account.
- Unmarried or dependent daughters above 28 years of age may retain their family membership cards until the age of 35, subject to annual renewal.
- Members are personally responsible for the dress, decorum, discipline, and general conduct of their family members.
4. Use of Facilities
- Access to specific facilities, including the gymnasiums, sports courts, and lodging, is subject to designated operating hours and capacity limits.
- Serving Armed Forces Officers may access dining facilities by presenting their official Service Identity Card.
5. Limitation of Liability Amaltas Family Club strives to ensure a safe and secure environment. However, the club shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained on the premises, except where required by law.
6. Amendments The Club Management Committee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, operating hours, and membership fees at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
